AI startup Anthropic is reportedly in talks to raise US$750 million in a funding round led by Menlo Ventures. The pre-funding valuation stands at US$18.4 billion.

Co-founded by Dario and Daniela Amodei, siblings and ex-OpenAI executives, Anthropic already secured significant investments from Google and Amazon earlier this year.
