Anthropic signs $35b deal with Nvidia-backed Lambda: source
Anthropic has signed a US$35 billion cloud computing deal with Lambda, a US-based cloud provider backed by Nvidia, according to a source familiar with the matter.
The deal will bring more Nvidia capacity online as demand grows for Anthropic’s Claude AI.
The agreement adds to Anthropic’s broader infrastructure strategy.
The AI company has also expanded its computing partnership with Amazon.
The reported value would far exceed the US$6.5 billion cloud-capacity deal that CoreWeave disclosed with OpenAI in 2025.
