Anthropic files for Nasdaq IPO

AI giant Anthropic filed a Form S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26 for an initial public offering of Class A common stock. It plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker ANT.

The AI company has not set the share count or price range. The registration statement is not yet effective, so the securities cannot be sold until then.

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are listed as contacts for the preliminary prospectus.

Anthropic raised US$13 billion at a US$183 billion post-money valuation in September 2025. It later raised US$65 billion at a US$965 billion valuation in May 2026.

Anthropic also announced an expanded compute collaboration with Amazon. Amazon would invest up to US$25 billion.

CoreWeave priced its initial public offering in March 2025. A recap on October 2, 2025 said the company’s stock had risen 200% from its IPO price.
