Mythos pushed the industry to respond

• Anthropic’s Mythos sits within Project Glasswing, a program meant to protect important software by giving defenders early access to Claude Mythos Preview, Anthropic’s newest AI model 1.
• Early partners include JPMorgan Chase, Apple, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google and Microsoft are also involved, which gives the effort broad reach 1.
• Anthropic says Claude Mythos Preview has found thousands of zero-day vulnerabilities, or previously unknown software flaws. That list includes a 27-year-old bug in the OpenBSD operating system, a security-focused open-source software platform 2.
