Ant Group has launched Ling-1T, an open-source large language model with one trillion parameters.

The company claims Ling-1T performs on par with top AI models, scoring 70.4% on the 2025 American Invitational Mathematics Examination.

Previously, Ant open-sourced Ring-1T-preview, a trillion-parameter “thinking” model.

Ant Group’s Ling AI model family now includes non-thinking models (Ling), thinking models (Ring), multimodal models (Ming), and an experimental model called LLaDA-MoE.

The company said these open-source models are intended to support a range of AI applications across different industries.
