Anker Innovations launches HK IPO, targets $576m
Anker Innovations, a Chinese consumer electronics company, has launched a Hong Kong initial public offering of 46.6328 million H shares at up to HK$99.32 (US$13) each.
Trading is expected to start at 9:00 a.m. on July 2, 2026.
Assuming no offer size adjustment or over-allotment option is exercised and the offer price is HK$99.32 (US$13), Anker expects net proceeds of about HK$4.52 billion (US$576 million).
The company plans to use the funds for product iteration and innovation, research and development, talent recruitment, brand building, its direct-to-consumer global market strategy, supply chain upgrades, and working capital.
About 10% of the shares are allocated to the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% to the international offering.
Cornerstone investors including Schroders, Aspex, Principal Asset Management, UBS AM Singapore, Jane Street, and Taikang Life Insurance have agreed, subject to conditions, to subscribe for shares worth a combined US$295 million.
Anker is already listed on Shenzhen’s A-share market as 300866.SZ.
It sells charging devices, energy storage products, robotic cleaners, home security systems, babycare devices, printers, and audio products in China and overseas.
