Amazon launched nova.amazon.com on Mar. 31, offering access to Amazon’s advanced generative AI models, known as Amazon Nova.

The platform features a research preview of the Amazon Nova Act SDK, designed for use in web browsers.

This SDK allows developers to create agents that can search, answer questions, and interact with web interfaces, advancing the development of autonomous digital systems.

Introduced in December 2024, Amazon Nova includes various models for different applications.

These include Nova Micro, Lite, and Pro for text generation, as well as Nova Canvas and Nova Reel for image and video generation. Integrated with Amazon Bedrock, these models offer scalable business solutions.

US customers can access the platform by signing in with an Amazon account and experiment with text, image, and video generation tools, along with agentic models through the Nova Act SDK.
