Amazon is set to unveil a business chatbot named “Q,” which uses generative AI tech. The launch follows the releases of rival tech firms such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

Q can synthesize content, simplify business communications, and create articles. It supposedly offers a more personalized experience by integrating with a company’s data. Although Amazon leads in cloud computing, it lags behind in foundational AI benchmarks.
