Amazon cuts 50 jobs in Israel, ends ad unit

Amazon has confirmed it will shut down part of its advertising division in Israel, affecting around 50 employees.

This is part of a global plan to phase out the Amazon Ad Server.

The decision follows Amazon’s announcement to end Amazon Ad Server operations globally by late 2024.
