Dozens of engineers from Israeli chip startup NeuroBlade are set to join Amazon’s Annapurna Labs, marking the end of NeuroBlade’s independent operations.

Founded in 2018 by Elad Sity and Eliad Hillel, NeuroBlade has raised US$110 million from investors including Corner Ventures, Intel Capital, Grove Ventures, StageOne Ventures, and Marius Nacht.

The company developed a data analytics architecture that integrates computation into memory to accelerate large-scale calculations.

With this move, its core engineering team will work on next-generation AI chip products at AWS Annapurna Labs in Israel.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
