Alphabet acquires cybersecurity startup Wiz in $32b deal
Alphabet, the parent company of Google, has acquired cybersecurity startup Wiz for US$32 billion.
This acquisition is the largest in Alphabet’s history.
The deal surpasses a previous US$23 billion offer made by Google last year.
That offer was postponed due to antitrust concerns. Further details regarding the acquisition have not been disclosed at this time.
