Alibaba’s DingTalk rolls out AI Agent OS

DingTalk, Alibaba’s workplace collaboration app, has launched Agent OS, an operating system built for AI agents, along with new enterprise hardware called DingTalk Real.

The announcement was made at an event in Hangzhou on December 24.

Agent OS is designed to support AI agents that can autonomously carry out tasks for businesses.

DingTalk Real acts as a physical terminal for these agents.
