Cainiao, a logistics technology firm, has opened what is reported to be the largest automated sorting center in southern Vietnam.

The facility was developed for a leading courier company to support the growing ecommerce sector in the country.

This sorting center incorporates advanced logistics technologies, including automated parcel separation, multi-layer cross-belt sorters, and sorting robots.

The system uses AI and digital solutions to process parcels of various sizes with an accuracy rate of over 99%. It also provides real-time tracking capabilities.

The project was completed in 100 days, despite challenges such as typhoon-related shipping delays.
