Alibaba expands AI business tools to South Korea
Alibaba launched Accio Work in South Korea on May 29.
The AI tool is designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises manage export-related business activities and reach overseas buyers.
The rollout follows Accio’s initial launch in November 2024 as an AI business-to-business (B2B) sourcing engine before expanding into broader business workflows.
Alibaba said the number of Korean partner companies on its platform rose 18% year on year, while buyer inquiries for Korean sellers increased 128%.
