Airwallex launches new fund investment tool in Singapore

Airwallex has launched its Yield product in Singapore, offering businesses regulated investment solutions after receiving approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Its local entity, Airwallex Capital (Singapore) Pte Ltd, was granted a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license.

This license allows the company to provide investment fund management and custodial services.

The Yield product enables businesses to earn returns on surplus multi-currency funds by investing in money market funds.

It features no lock-up periods, allowing flexible transfers between Yield accounts and cash balances.

Airwallex partners with Fullerton Fund Management for Singapore Dollar solutions and Goldman Sachs Asset Management for US Dollar investments.

This launch follows earlier rollouts in Australia and Hong Kong, as part of Airwallex’s broader plan to expand its presence in global financial markets.
