AirAsia explores IPO for Philippine unit

Capital A, AirAsia’s parent company, is mulling financing options for its units in Indonesia and the Philippines, which include an IPO for the latter.

Earlier this year, Capital A CEO Tony Fernandes said that AirAsia Philippines was looking to go public some time in 2024, a plan that has since been on and off.
