Israeli AI security startup Zenity raises $125m series C
Israel-founded Zenity, which develops security and governance software for AI agents and has offices in New York and Tel Aviv, has raised US$125 million in a series C led by Norwest Venture Partners, as companies deploy more autonomous AI tools.
Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures joined existing investors DTCP, Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, and Intel Capital in the round.
Zenity said the financing brings its total funding to about US$185 million and is almost entirely primary capital, with roughly US$10 million in secondary sales that let some employees and founders sell shares.
The company said its platform governs decisions made by AI agents, including discovery, posture management, real-time detection, prevention, and response across software-as-a-service applications, cloud-based agent platforms, and endpoint devices.
Founded in 2021, Zenity has more than 230 employees worldwide, including about 150 in Israel, and said the new funding will support platform expansion, Zenity Labs, and expansion in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
The raise comes as industry frameworks identify risks such as prompt injection and agent privilege escalation in AI systems that can act across complex workflows.
