AI identity startup Oasis Security nets $120m series B
Oasis Security, a New York City-based identity and access management startup, announced US$120 million in a series B led by Craft Ventures, with participation from existing investors Cyberstarts, Sequoia Capital, and Accel, taking total funding to US$195 million.
The company said the funds will back R&D for its Agentic Access Management platform and support expansion across AI agent frameworks and global sales.
Oasis said a majority of its client base comes from the Fortune 500, and reported new annual recurring revenue rose fivefold year-on-year, figures the company provided in its announcement.
Palo Alto Networks estimates machine identities now outnumber humans 82 to 1, and Oasis cited that ratio to argue legacy access tools are designed for people, not autonomous systems.
