Scale AI, which calls itself an AI data foundry services firm, helps AI model developers like OpenAI, Toyota, and even the US Department of Defense to label their data.

Wang previously pointed out China’s rapid progress in AI during a recent announcement of DeepSeek.

He asserted that this model showcases China’s technological parity with the US in this field.

His company recently published an open letter in The Washington Post highlighting the importance of US technological leadership in AI.
