AI code review startup CodeAnt AI raises $2m seed funding

CodeAnt AI, a code review platform, has raised US$2 million in a seed funding round led by Y Combinator, Uncorrelated Ventures, and VitalStage Ventures.

Additional participants include DeVC, Transpose Platform, Entrepreneur First, and several angel investors.

Founded by Amartya Jha and Chinmay Bharti, the startup operates from Bengaluru and San Francisco.

The AI-driven tool aims to streamline code reviews, reducing manual effort and errors by more than 50%.

This funding round values the company at US$20 million and will support the growth of its engineering and business development teams.

The platform integrates with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.
