Cerebras Systems has withdrawn its plans for an initial public offering more than a year after announcing the move.

The California-based company makes AI chips and operates data centers.

Cerebras said in a filing on October 3, 2025, that it will not proceed with the IPO, which had not yet been declared effective

Last week, Cerebras raised US$1.1 billion in funding, valuing it at US$8.1 billion.

Cerebras previously filed to go public in September 2024 but did not proceed.
