AI agent startup Genspark raises $100m
Genspark, a Palo Alto, California-based startup that builds workplace AI software, said on June 17 that it raised an additional US$100 million in an extended funding round that valued the company at US$2.6 billion.
The latest investment brings its total series B funding to US$485 million.
The extension was backed by existing investors, including Sozo Ventures, Korea Mirae Asset, and UpHonest Capital.
It followed a March 2026 series B extension that valued Genspark at about US$1.6 billion.
Genspark described its business product as an AI workspace that uses multiple AI models to help users create presentations, financial models, software applications, and other business documents.
The company said more than 6,000 business clients signed up for Genspark for Business within six months of its launch.
It also said it added US$150 million in annual recurring revenue in the first three months of 2026, on top of the US$100 million in annual recurring revenue it had generated since launching in April 2025.
