China’s AgiBot, Kazakhstan to set up first robotics center
Shanghai-based robotics firm AgiBot has partnered with Kazakhstan to set up its first manufacturing facility in Central Asia.
The deal includes building production plants, a data center for robotic training, and a research and development center.
This collaboration with Kazakhstan’s ministry of digital development marks the first localization of Chinese robotics production in the region.
It aligns with Kazakhstan’s strategy to diversify its economy by focusing on AI and advanced manufacturing.
