A16z-backed startup Codi debuts AI office management platform
Codi, a US-based startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz, has launched an AI-powered platform to automate office management.
Founded in 2018, the company initially matched businesses with flexible office spaces before shifting to automation software for office logistics.
The new platform enables companies to handle tasks like vendor coordination, pantry restocking, and cleaning through AI, regardless of where the office is leased.
Codi’s AI office manager exited beta and launched on October 21.
The company, led by CEO Christelle Rohaut, reached US$100,000 in annual recurring revenue five weeks after beta release and has signed 40 clients, including TaskRabbit and Northbeam.
Codi charges a monthly management fee for access to the platform and has raised a total of US$23 million, including a US$16 million series A in 2022.
It identified legacy management firms and workplace experience platforms like Envoy as its main competitors.
