In Singapore, 56% of respondents expect AI to increase headcount over the next two years.
Another 49% believe AI could improve profit margins.

Ipsos UK surveyed 3,085 high-net-worth business owners in 17 markets online for HSBC.
Respondents had at least US$2 million in investable assets.
Singapore’s government tracks firm-level AI use and its effects on performance and employment, while the National AI Strategy sets out broader policy directions for economic growth and public good.
Businesses adopting AI may also need to consider Singapore’s data protection regulator, which has issued guidance on using personal data in AI recommendation and decision systems.
