Automaker VinFast and Black Spade Acquisition have completed their business merger, transforming Black Spade into a wholly owned subsidiary of VinFast.

VinFast shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbols “VFS” and “VFSWW” from August 15, 2023.
