Vietnamese tech firm VNG Corporation has filed to list on Nasdaq.

The company, which primarily serves the local market, saw year-on-year revenue growth of just 2% in 2022 and 4% in H1 2023.

VNG, which gets 82% of its revenue from gaming, was operating at a loss of $15m in H1 2023, partly due to its fintech unit.
