Risk management platform Certa has raised US$35 million in a series B funding round co-led by Fin Capital and Vertex Ventures, taking its total financing to over US$50 million. The software helps enterprises manage risks from third-party relationships, analyzing vendor responsiveness and compliance with regulations. Certa, which boasts 170,000 users, has recently added environmental, social, and governance features and a no-code interface.
