Unicommerce, an ecommerce enabler owned by Snapdeal, is preparing to pursue an IPO in the second half of 2024, sources told the Economic Times.

Although Unicommerce did not officially comment on the report, Snapdeal co-founder Kunal Bahl hinted at the move in a LinkedIn post.
