TikTok may soon allow users to synchronize their posts from social app Lemon8, also owned by ByteDance, with TikTok’s editing features, according to product intelligence firm Watchful.ai.

It remains unclear when this new option will be offered to users. This follows Lemon8’s suspicious rise in popularity, which coincided with discussions of a TikTok ban in the US.
