Chinese online retailer Temu has launched a lawsuit against rival Shein in the US, accusing the company of antitrust violations. The lawsuit alleges Shein used threats and intimidation to prevent clothing manufacturers from collaborating with Temu. This follows Shein’s lawsuit against Temu for alleged copyright and trademark infringements.
