Indian food delivery firm Swiggy is set to acquire retail logistics startup Lynk, which operates a network of over 100,000 stores. The acquisition aims to develop Swiggy’s retail market presence, following previous purchases such as restaurant tech platform Dineout and bike taxi startup Rapido.
