Stability AI’s co-founder, Cyrus Hodes, has sued the artificial intelligence startup and its CEO, Emad Mostaque. Hodes claims he was persuaded into selling his 15% stake for little value, just months before the company reached a US$1 billion valuation. He is seeking restoration of his stake and punitive damages for alleged fraud.
