SoftBank is negotiating to purchase the remaining 25% stake in Arm from Vision Fund 1 (SVF1). This move comes as SoftBank, which currently owns 75% of Arm, plans to list the chip designer on Nasdaq at a valuation of between US$60 billion to US$70 billion.
