Singapore aims to promote the responsible growth of AI technology, drawing lessons from the crypto and blockchain sector’s volatility, said Sopnendu Mohanty, chief fintech officer of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Mohanty added that the increased funding in the AI sector could produce more local jobs.
