Sequoia has launched an interactive online tool called Atlas, which maps out the geographical distribution of Europe’s software engineering talent for public use, while also giving Sequoia’s portfolio founders access to talent for their companies. Atlas used various data sources and surveys to present the European technical talent landscape, showing the densest concentration for a given specialisation among the software engineering population in specific areas.
