Malaysia-based payments startup Curlec, which was acquired by India’s Razorpay in 2022, has joined Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet). This allows Curlec to use the DuitNow product suite, enabling real-time payments from bank accounts and e-wallets. Curlec aims to serve over 5,000 businesses with an annualized gross transaction value of RM10 billion (US$2.08 billion) by 2025.
