Prosus, the primary investor in edtech firm Byju’s, has expressed concern over the company’s governance and reporting practices. This comes after several independent board members departed, and global auditor Deloitte left, citing communication issues.

Prosus remarked that Byju’s, despite being India’s most valuable startup, had disregarded strategic advice from company directors.
