Prosus is set to sell part of its fintech unit PayU to Israeli firm Rapyd for US$610 million, excluding its operations in India, Turkey, and Indonesia.

The deal includes PayU’s Global Payments Organization, which is active in over 30 countries and represents a third of PayU’s total revenue.
