Patrick Grove’s Catcha Digital has obtained US$6.5 million from a rights issue, facilitating growth and the conclusion of its regularization scheme.

The action also enables the expected lifting of the digital media group’s guidance note 2 status, allowing the company to focus on growth and attracting leading digital and software firms.
