OpenAI has introduced the latest version of its text-to-image tool, DALL-E 3, which uses ChatGPT to help handle image prompts.

The company said that the upgraded tool generates better-quality images and has features to reduce algorithmic bias and improve safety. It plans to roll out the new version in October.
