Chinese electric vehicle maker Nio has secured a US$738.5 million investment from Abu Dhabi-owned CYVN Holdings. Closing is expected in July 2023, and upon completion, CYVN Holdings will own about 7.0% of Nio’s total issued and outstanding shares.
