Netflix plans to support and develop Korean showrunners and studios behind popular shows like Squid Game, with a US$2.5 billion investment in K-drama. The streaming giant will fund training programs for the next generation of auteurs and entertainers and collaborate with local organizations to identify and nurture young talent.
