China’s largest coffee seller, Luckin Coffee, reported a Q2 net profit of US$139 million, up from a loss of US$16 million in the same period the previous year. The Starbucks competitor has grown to have nearly 10,840 stores.

The company launched events to promote its business in June, which were well received by its customers.
