Indian edtech giant Byju’s is under mounting scrutiny amid potential foreign exchange violations, late filing of financial accounts, and accusations of hiding finances. Several US-based investors have filed lawsuits against the company, while representatives from firms such as Prosus NV, Peak XV, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative recently quit Byju’s board.
