India’s corporate affairs ministry is investigating edtech startup Byju’s for alleged corporate governance lapses, according to unnamed sources. This comes amidst recent turmoil at the startup, including the resignation of its auditor, Deloitte, and three board members, as well as job cuts and a reduction in valuation by BlackRock.
