Hugging Face has secured US$235 million in series D funding from Salesforce, Google, Amazon, and others, doubling the AI firm’s value to US$4.5 billion since May 2022. Hugging Face’s AI platform provides tools to host and develop data science projects, and its repository hosts over a million models. The firm plans to use the investment to expand its services and support its 10,000 customers.
