H&M has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against fast-fashion retailer Shein in Hong Kong. Parties including Shein Group and the platform’s former owner, Zoetop Business, are being sued.

H&M alleges that Shein has repeatedly copied its designs and seeks an injunction and unspecified damages.
