Happiest Minds Technologies plans to hire 1,300 software engineers to expand its AI capabilities and cater to clients in sectors like education and healthcare. The India-based IT firm is also in partnership talks with OpenAI backer Microsoft for better access to ChatGPT, while developing tools with privacy safeguards to customize ChatGPT for clients.
