Chinese automaker Geely and tech firm Baidu have established a joint auto tech company with a registered capital of around US$1.4 million. Geely and Baidu’s subsidiaries own 65% and 35% of this venture, respectively.

Its business scope includes sales of EVs, operation of charging infrastructure, and sale of batteries and digital services.
